- Installation and plumbing. Tanks and glycol systems are plumbed in place. Removal cost is significant and shapes liquidation value.
- A thin buyer pool. Used brewing equipment sells to a small group of buyers. Exposure time is stated and supported.
- Kegs. Keg counts are confirmed. Kegs in the field or subject to deposit programs are noted.
- Taproom. Bar build-out and fixed seating may be part of the real estate. Movable FF&E is valued separately.
