What matters
Issues we address in these reports
- Leased cardio. Cardio fleets are often leased. Ownership is confirmed before valuation.
- Flooring and turf. Glued-down flooring and turf usually have little or no value once removed. The report says how they are treated.
- Commercial versus consumer grade. Commercial-grade equipment holds value. Consumer-grade pieces are valued accordingly.
- Lots. Free weights and accessories are counted and valued as lots.
